Dear Mercer Families,

Regarding ultimate frisbee registration for 6th grade, it is currently closed as our coaching staff and I discuss the best way to manage the strong interest in participation this year.

While ultimate frisbee has traditionally been an open participation sport, we’ve found that our athlete-to-coach ratio has grown to a point where we can no longer ensure the safety and quality experience our students deserve. Safety remains our top priority in all our programs.

If you’ve already started the registration process in Final Forms, please complete what you can and consider signing up for other sports in the meantime. This will help you get most of your registration finished while we work toward a solution and all we would have to do is add your registration to Ultimate Frisbee.

In the meantime, please fill out the Microsoft Forms waitlist. Once our coaching team and I finalize our plan, we’ll share the details with all families.
