SUMMARY:Family Conferences
DESCRIPTION:Family Conferences\n\n- Staff will be meeting with selected fam
ilies for focused\, 25-minute conversations. These meetings are part of ou
r commitment to equity and to building trust with families whose voices ha
ve often been left out of traditional school structures.\n- While we canno
t meet with every family this time\, our focus is on students who may bene
fit most from additional support and connection. These conversations are n
ot typical parent-teacher conferences. Instead\, they are opportunities to
:\n\n- Share about an essential skill that is foundational to student succ
ess\n- Create a shared goal to support learning and growth\n- Build a foun
dation for ongoing partnership between families and educators\n\n- This wo
rk is rooted in our school’s IMPACT values: being Inclusive\, Mindful\,
Problem Solvers\, Accountable\, Contributors\, and ready to Take Action. D
etails will be shared soon.\n- We believe that when families and educators
come together with trust and shared purpose\, students thrive. We look fo
rward to continuing this journey with you.
