    Dear Mercer Families,

We are excited to welcome students for a Strong Start tomorrow!

We will convene as a whole school at 9:00 am on Friday, September 4.

We will be hosting a whole school assembly to welcome you to our virtual 2020-21 school year. Students will be able to learn about the staff at Mercer and get information on what the first week of school will look like. Teachers and administrators will also answer questions and teach students how to find their first period class for the first day. Please have students go to the Mercer website just before 9:00 a.m. to join our live Teams event. (www.mercerms.seattleschools.org

September 4 - 11 is our Strong Start. Students will be logging in from 9:00 am - 11:00 am each of the five school days. During that time we will focus on building community and learning about the tools and resources we will be using this school year.
Additionally, families will receive a call from a staff person to arrange for a "virtual home visit" where we will learn more about your student and answer questions you might have about this school year.

    Daily School Schedule
Beginning Monday, September 14 we will start our regular school schedule for this fall. The schedule is below and it is also posted on the Mercer webpage.
